What we provide
The Cuore Cardiac Tissue Kit, developed in collaboration with Axol Bioscience, includes quality-controlled human hiPSC-derived ventricular cardiomyocytes and optimized medium for 3D cardiac tissue culture. Together, they provide a consistent starting point for generating physiologically relevant engineered heart tissues.
Our SOP covers tissue generation and long-term maintenance, contractility measurements, and data analysis.
The protocol has been optimized and cross-validated at multiple sites, including King’s College London, to support robust and reproducible experiments.
Cuore enables continuous, non-destructive contractility measurements inside any standard incubator, with integrated and customizable automated recording and stimulation protocols.
