Cuore cardiac solution

Generate decision-ready human cardiac contractility data

A complete solution for 3D cardiac research

Start functional 3D cardiac experiments with a solution that brings together quality-controlled cells, optimized culture medium, a validated protocol, and direct contractility measurements with Cuore.

The Cuore cardiac solution helps researchers move efficiently from cells to engineered heart tissues and functional force data.

What we provide

The Cuore cardiac solution combines the essential components needed to establish and measure functional 3D cardiac models.

The Cuore Cardiac Tissue Kit, developed in collaboration with Axol Bioscienceincludes quality-controlled human hiPSC-derived ventricular cardiomyocytes and optimized medium for 3D cardiac tissue culture. Together, they provide a consistent starting point for generating physiologically relevant engineered heart tissues.

Our SOP covers tissue generation and long-term maintenance, contractility measurements, and data analysis.

The protocol has been optimized and cross-validated at multiple sites, including King’s College London, to support robust and reproducible experiments.

Cuore enables continuous, non-destructive contractility measurements inside any standard incubator, with integrated and customizable automated recording and stimulation protocols.

Contractility data can be analyzed and visualized directly, helping turn functional measurements into decision-ready results.
